Dance and Fitness Classes for Kids & Adults

We teach a variety of classes within the week to many members, at all levels no matter the age (our dancers are as little as 2.5 years old).

Ballet – Kids

At Danceland Studio we teach the Vaganova system ballet which allows children to learn how to utilize their entire body and all of its muscle groups.

Ballet – Adults

Ballet is a combination of choreography and art in which the scenic design, lighting, costume, graceful movements and music take their most elegant form.

Ballet – Mothers & Daughters

If you like ballet and feel that your daughter would like it too then our class is ideal for you as you learn to dance ballet together and at the same time create a more powerful bonding with your daughter.

Acrobatics Kids

Acrobatics is a fantastic way for kids to stay active, build confidence, and develop their creativity. Our acrobatics classes for kids are designed to be safe, fun, and challenging, providing your child with the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends, and build lifelong memories.

Stretching

Stretching is physical activity that elongates the muscles being used. Each muscle contains stretch receptors which attach themselves to the working part of the muscle called, muscle fibers.

Pilates Mat & Props

The Pilates Mat and Props class is based on the method of instruction devised by its inventor Joseph Pilates. A characteristic of this approach is the way that exercises are performed on the mat with different props like small and large pilates balls, flexible bands, foam rollers etc.

Pilates Reformer

The Pilates reformer is a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. The origins of the Pilates reformer date back to the original Pilates studio in New York in the 1920’s and was designed by Joseph Pilates himself.

Yoga

Yoga is quickly becoming one of the most popular, if not the most popular, workout regime among those who are looking to gain flexibility, strength and even lose weight.
